Joyce Kabwe serves as Chief Operations Officer of Charitable Crusaders. As COO, Joyce is the mind behind Charitable Crusaders’ events, from fundraising nights to kids programs to a walk for cancer patients. Her experiences with the organization have redefined what it means to serve others, and have made Joyce realize that there is always on opportunity to help someone in need.
Joyce is a freshman at the University of Texas at Austin, and is double majoring in Business Management and Textiles & Apparel. With that, she plans to grow her newly founded clothing line, Munia, as well as pursue other creative endeavors. One thing Joyce is known for are her massive burps, however, she always manages to put a smile on people’s faces (through other means than loud bodily functions).

Business Development Officer
Nancy Cossio serves Charitable Crusaders as the Business Development Officer. After loving how Charitable Crusaders inspires our youth to make a difference, Nancy joined the team in 2014. In her role, Nancy focuses on creating meaningful relationships with others, both with businesses and the community.
Nancy most appreciates Charitable Crusaders for the opportunity to meet people with different stories and experiences who still have one thing in common: something special to offer.
Nancy currently attends the University of North Texas and studies Business Administration. With this, Nancy plans on one day helping lead a company that has a significant, positive impact on the world (and she hopes it’s called Charitable Crusaders).
Nancy cares immensely about helping enrich others’ lives and loves asking what else she can do to help! Luckily, Charitable Crusaders keeps her busy and always has something else she can do to make a difference.
